Names like Rahul, Rohit, Rohan, Prem and Raj is no more used in Bollywood. Its an era of Chulbul Pandey and Robin hood Pandey. After Chulbul Pandey, Salman Khan will now be called as Lovely Singh.
Salman Khan’s character in Bodyguard is called Lovely Singh. Apparently, they wanted it to be Chulbul Pandey, but the star did not want his trademark Dabangg name in it. Lovely Singh is also the name of a B-Town director who made Kya Love Story Hai.

Music maestro A.R. Rahman has bagged two nominations at the 83rd Academy Awards for his work in Danny Boyle's127 Hours and the film frat is hoping that the composer triumphs again at the gala event.
His colleagues and friends wish him luck and are hoping he brings the golden statuette home again, having bagged two Oscars for the best original score and the song in 2009 for rags-to-riches drama Slumdog Millionaire. This time, Rahman has been nominated for the original score of 127 Hours as well as original song If I Rise.
'I feel great. I feel wonderful because Rahman is one person who has made us so proud and I am really, really happy. I wish him all the best,' said Rani Mukerji.
Actor-producer Arbaaz Khan said: 'That's a great achievement. The last time when he won the Oscar, it looked like one time dream. I wish him all the best. He is a true deserving candidate and pride of the country.'

The accused ones of violating the FEMA and Custom Acts, Pakistani singer, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and his manager, Mahroof, both have been fined with a penalty of Rs. 15 lakh. Both were caught by the DRI at the Indira Gandhi International Airport on February 13th for the same.
They were arrested with $1.24 lakh. Now, these two will have to submit the fine before leaving the country in the Customs Department. Meanwhile, the organizers are being continuously questioned for the irregularities in money transfers. DRI has asked Rahat to tell how he transfers the money raised in India? Similar questions will be asked to other event managers.

SRK, The King Khan of Bollywood, is always in the news for his majestic style and nonpareil ideas. He is again in the news for making a documentary on the 1960 Indian epic film “Mughal-e-Azam”. This classic film needs absolutely no introduction. Based on a phase in Prince Salim’s life, who later on became Emperor Jahangir, this movie imprints an unparallel love story of Salim (Dilip Kumar) and Anarkali (Madhubala). In 2004, the film was colorized by Sterling Investment Corp Pvt. Ltd, and re released, which ran for 25 weeks, a record created in its re release which no other Bollywood films could break as of yet.
Shahrukh’s documentary is named “Mughal-E-Azam- A tribute by a son to his father”, which is 40 minutes long. He stated that he is a huge admirer of Dilip Kumar and is very much inspired by the latter. He even boasts of having the original camera with which Mughal-E-Azam was shot.

DumMaroDum is an upcoming Hindi langauge Thriller film being directed by Rohan Sippy, This new flick DumMaroDum starring Abhishek Bachchan, Rana Daggubati, Bipasha Basu and Prateik Babbar. Aditya Pancholi will also be in the film. The film’s shoot has been progressing for several months in Goa. Deepika Padukone will be seen doing a scintillating item number for the film, on the remix version of the infamous song ‘Dum Maaro Dum’. Viacom18 Motion Pictures has announced the release of nine films during the year 2011-12. The company says it has 10 to 12 movies in its kitty,and will be the leader in film industry this and coming year.
Viacom is making diverse films this time.It is making romantic comedies,action,thrillers,drama and lot more.Out of 12,nine have already been finalised and are at various stages of development and production.
“Our release slate for the next year is a reflection of our direction in the Indian film industry – to establish a significant presence across various spectrums of this business.We have an unparalleled slate for this year,” Vikram Malhotra, chief operating officer of Viacom 18 Motion Pictures., said in a statement.

In Malaysia, SRK got badly injured while doing stunts to shoot for Don-2. According to news Shahrukh was shooting for Don-2 in Malasiya. He was doing a stunt scene for Don-2 riding on camels. Then suddenly he fallen down and got injured. He is having injuries on his back and elbow.
Khan was having great pain as shooting continued even after he got injured. Due to injury King Khan did not got time to reherse for the Global Film and Television Honors Program hosted by Ekta Kapoor. While he promised to Perform in the function.

Abhishek Bachchan is known for his witty style. He used to joke with his co-stars as well as with the person present on sets. But it is not sure that always his co-stars are in mood to take his jokes down well.

The composer is quite thrilled about the association.”It’s always great working with YRF and even more so on something as iconic as ‘Dhoom’. It's official now - Aamir Khan has signed on for Yash Raj Film's 'Dhoom 3' and he's playing a villain in it. Aamir signed on for the role last night (Feb 1) after months of talks with Aditya Chopra, who first approached him with the role.
'Dhoom 3' will of course have the regulars played by Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra. And Aamir will turn bad boy in the tradition of John Abraham and Hrithik Roshan in the first two 'Dhoom' movies.
